SHIPPING
We ship within the United States only, from our own stock in Palm Coast, Florida. Every parcel goes out with a tracking number, emailed to you the moment the label is printed.
Free USPS shipping on orders over $100
Below that, shipping is a flat $5.99 anywhere in the United States — no weight tiers, no surcharge for a heavier set.
HOW LONG IT TAKES
Parcels go out twice a day, morning and evening, Monday through Friday. An order placed on a business day normally ships the same day. Delivery then takes three to five business days depending on the state.
- Saturday and Sunday are not business days.
- We ship to residential and business addresses alike.
- Larger orders are occasionally split into several parcels at no extra cost.
PAYMENT
We accept PayPal, and Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Card payments are processed through PayPal without leaving our site, so your card number never touches our server.
Your billing address must match the address on file with your card issuer.
SALES TAX
Florida law requires us to charge sales tax on items shipped within Florida. Tax is applied to the price of the goods, not to shipping and handling. Orders shipped outside Florida are not taxed.
